Constraint and damp, not depletion. You wake at 6:45 unaided and clear-headed, with strong
nails and fast-growing hair, which means the raw energy is there. The work is unblocking the
channel it runs through, not rebuilding the supply. That is a weeks problem, not a months one.
The Day
6:45
Wake unaided. Wegovy with no more than 4 oz plain water. Nothing else by mouth for 30 minutes.
6:45
Qi Gong, warm room, 15 to 20 minutes. Twists, arms sweeping wide, side bends.
7:15
Warm breakfast, 30 to 35 g protein. No cold yogurt straight from the fridge.
7:30
Story hours. Uninterrupted. Hard edge at 9:15.
9:30
Pepper. The drive stays planning and pushback time.
10:45
Homeschool. Alden's concentrated block with a defined limit. Green tea an hour clear of protein.
1:00
Lunch, the big meal. Warm, cooked, protein-forward. Soup, stew, chowder. Salt it on purpose.
1:30
Twenty minutes outside. Hands out of pockets, arms swinging.
2:00
The low window. Horses, Pepper, hands, household. Schedule no linear work here.
3:30
Bureau block two. Tech, site, marketing. Not story.
6:00
Dinner, early. Three clear hours before lying down. Nothing heavy or fat-dense late.
9:30
Wind down. Asleep by 10:00, which puts you through the 1 to 3 window rather than awake in it.
The Rest of It
The Plate
- Warm in temperature, cooling in quality.
- 35 g protein at each of three meals.
- Cooked over raw, especially morning and midday.
- Go easy on spicy, sour, fermented, fried, tomato, vinegar, citrus.
- Sodium on purpose, not by accident.
- Tea away from meals. It blocks iron.
What the Channel Needs
- Regularity over intensity. A modest rhythm kept beats an excellent one half-kept.
- Sideways movement daily. The opposite shape of bracing.
- Expression. The Bureau is not competing with this. It is the treatment.
- Substance. Enough food, salt and sleep. Eating properly is what makes the weight goal survivable.
Flags
- The cold bedroom is correct. Defend it, guests or no guests.
- Reflux: night waking becoming a pattern, food sticking, or daily famotidine past two weeks.
- Sudden new floaters, flashes, or a shadow across your vision is a same-day eye call.
- Dizziness with palpitations, chest pain or near-fainting is same-day, not wait-and-see.
